Meadowcroft ‘land acquisition service’ is seeking to purchase residential development sites, such as rear gardens or brownfield.
We are constantly on the lookout for homes that have potential for development either on their own or with adjoining neighbours and can advise you as to their viability.
We are specialist developers of prestigious homes in prime locations in both town and country settings. Each home is of a bespoke design, with significant care taken to maintain a sympathetic balance with the environment. For this reasons we are very particular about the type of site we are looking for.
Our requirements:
High quality development opportunities (New build/ Refurbishment)
0.25 to 2 acres (plus equestrian opportunities)
GDV £1M to £5M
Brown or green field
With or without planning
Good residential areas in Surrey and Kent
How it works:
Site visit to ascertain potential
Consultation with a professional planning advisor
Submit a proposal (offer) to the landowner
- Subject to planning
- Option agreement
- Purchase as current
Conduct a site survey
Conduct when required an arboricultural survey
Produce a draft development scheme
Consult with the local authority
Produce and submit a detailed planning application
If required appeal to the Secretary of state
